ORDERING INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: All Pro Shop orders are processed manually. Orders placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm (EST) will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 5 pm Friday will be processed the following day of business (usually Monday).

Because The Pro Shop pitch books and tick sheets are customized products, the ordering process is a little different than your typical Web purchase, but never fear -- the end result is well worth it!

There are two ways to pay for your customized books - PayPal (for both US and International customers) and US Postal Money Order (US only). We no longer take bank checks from non-US countries, since our bank charges a huge service fee to process these.

If you are not already signed up with PayPal, consider this: they often run specials where they'll actually pay YOU $5, which is credited to your PayPal account. A nice way to get an additional discount, if you ask me! The other benefit is to signing up with PayPal is that they are the Number One way to pay for Internet transactions around the world, so being signed up with PayPal will come in handy for you in the future as well.

Once you've gone through the Checkout process, you'll receive a confirmation email from us.

PLEASE NOTE: Response time will depend on time of day and day of week that you placed your order. Depending on the product you've ordered, our response email to you may include instructions on how to send us the information that you want in your book (i.e., author's name, bio, photo and contact information).

This is also where you'll receive instructions on how to download the free bonuses that may come with your customized book(s).

Depending on the timing of the transaction (weekday vs. weekend, for example), we are usually able to send you your customized book within 24 hours, and sometimes even less than that.
